Just Keep Moving

That’s what I have been telling myself.  This week was better than last week.  Or the last three weeks, for that matter!  I actually had a loss of 1.2# this week, for a total of 13.7 lbs lost.  That’s okay… it’s good… but considering how long I’ve been at this it really stinks.
