Top Ten Excuses for Not Running
1. I woke up too late.
2. I ate a big breakfast/lunch/dinner.
3. It’s too hot/cold out.
4. I’m just tired and won’t be able to give it my best.
5. I have too much to do.
6. I feel a cold coming on.
7. I haven’t shaved my legs!
8. It’s too dark out.
9. I’ll do it later today.
10. I don’t have anyone to run with me. (whine whine whine)
The bottom line is that none of these excuses are valid, unless it truly is 90*+ or below 20*. Everything else is just a sad excuse. (I should listen to myself sometime!)
GET OUT AND RUN!!
























Those are also my reasons except 8, 9 and 10. I often say I woke up late and it's too hot. It's really true but I don't know why my sister is into running. It's fun but it's really tiring.
My excuse isn't on here.. I hate running. =p I'll go walking though. =) (I need to do that in the morning if I can make myself get up on time!)

The boys and I used to go for a a walk every morning after breakfast last year. This year we haven't done even once! Okay, maybe once. A long time ago. In another month they will have swim team at 7:30am and will have to get used to getting up early 3 days a week. Maybe we could take walks the other two since they'll be accustomed to it!
