1. Would you rather host party or simply attend a party? Attend. Getting ready to have a party stresses me out.

2. Tell us about the most memorable party you’ve been to. I can think of one party with horrid consequences for someone (they made the 6 o’clock news, let’s put it that way) when I was in high school, but really nothing else sticks out.                                

3. What is one thing you hope for in the after-life?  Well, considering I am a Christian, the words “after-life” really bug me. I believe that what the Bible says is true. That those who believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation will be with him when they die.

4. What do you enjoy most about sunshine? It always puts me in a good mood. I don’t like heat, just sunshine.

5. When you attend a bridal/baby shower, do you prefer to bring your own gift or chip in with others to buy a larger gift?  It totally depends on who the party is for and how much money I have. The one I’m going to this weekend was a big gift chip-in but I’ll probably get her some baby items too.

6. Would you rather have a FREE week of having your house cleaned or all of your meals cooked for you and your family? House cleaning. Any takers?

7. What song describes your mood today? “Born Again” by Third Day. “I feel like I’m born again. I feel like I’m living for the very first time, for the very first time, in my life…”  I really do feel like I am living my life on purpose now, rather than life just happening TO me. And I LOVE THAT.

8. What is something you received for your own bridal shower/wedding that you still own or use? (If you are not married, feel free to sub a gift you received a long time ago.) I still have my silverware set from when I was first married, although we added another 6 place settings to it about 8 years ago.

9. Your favorite flavor of ice cream is? Caramel Caribou. Or New York Super Fudge Chunk. Anything with chunks and chewy pieces and caramel. Yummm!

10. When was the last time you felt “tested?”  This whole entire past year has been a bit of a testing period, but it’s been so worth everything we’ve been through!

11. “[Fill in the blank] is a food that once I start eating I find really hard to stop.”  Ice cream.
