I wish I had some awesome, wonderful thing to say about the past two weeks in my weight loss journey. I wish I could say I worked out five days a week, and saw some great increases in my stamina. I can’t. The fact that I only worked out three times in two weeks may have something to do with that. The fact that I’ve been rather down in the dumps lately doesn’t help the matter at all, or that I’ve been totally off points. I mean, totally.
I have gained 2#. I have been eating terrible things when I should be snacking on healthy foods. My portion sizes have been WRONG in the wrong areas. Now I need to get myself back on track. I didn’t even post last week, but I will be better and try always to post my weekly updates.
This is the day that the Lord has made! I WILL rejoice and be glad in it.
