Great news!

I went to my 6yo son’s IEP review a couple of days ago. He has been retested, and has now tested OUT of Resource services! He’s at grade level for writing, above in reading, at in math. Yea! The only lack, of course, is speech/language–we know that, and it will be an ongoing

Charlotte Mason online

I thought I’d post this, as I know there are LOTS of CM fans out there. I actually haven’t READ Charlotte Mason’s original homeschool series, but I know I should! Now that it’s online I just might get to that…. You can read the modern English version, or the original, HERE.

Educational movies

I don’t remember where I saw it, but somewhere, someone (lol, specific, I know!) posted a list of movies that Netflix carries that could be used for educational purposes. Well, we don’t use Netflix. We have, in the past, and found it to be VERY SLOW in turnaround time.
